This funds will be used forfinancing PV solar power plants in Germany and Italy.The issues with a term to maturity of two years and an interest rateof 9% have been signed by private investors. Munic basedHofmann-Finanz Management GmbH has been in charge for organizing thecapital procurement.The capital will be used for funding the construction of solar powerplants in Southern Germany and Italy. Two solar parks in Bavaria withan overall capacity of 3.9 megawatt (MWp) are in due completion andgrid connection. In Italy the company focuses it's activities on theprovinces of Apulia, Molise and Latio. Concerning the Italy basedprojects construction of a solar park with a capacity of 2.0 MWp nearBrindisi has begun.
