(Thomson Reuters ONE) - The Board of Directors of Elisa has 17.11.2009 made a decision toapply for listing of the Elisa 2007A stock options on the NASDAQ OMXHelsinki Ltd as of approximately 1 December 2009.The total number of outstanding 2007A stock options is 850,000. Each2007A stock option entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) Elisashare. 369,150 pieces of 2007A stock options are in the possession ofElisa's subsidiary, which can't subscribe for shares with the stockoptions.The present share subscription price with 2007A stock option is EUR18.04 per share. Future dividends and capital repayments will bededucted from the subscription price upon payment.
