SpareBank 1 SR-Bank considers launching a Perpetual Hybrid Tier 1 of minimum NOK
500 million in the Norwegian bond market. The bond will be callable after 5
years and will include a regulatory call in case the capital fails to meet
future regulatory requirements for hybrid capital.

Arrangers are SR-Markets, SEB Merchant Banking and First Securities AS/Swedbank
Markets.
