Takedown Entertainment Expands to Australia With Cage Fighting Championship Agreement

() (OTCBB: TKDN), the new face of Mixed Martial Arts, is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights, plus certain brand and sponsorship rights, with Cage Fighting Championship (CFC) of Australia.
