KG which is intended to manage and utilize the shares first andforemost in the interests of the creditors of Wanderer-Werke AG andconsequently of Wanderer-Werke AG itself.The transfer was made releasing Böwe Systec Treuhand GmbH & Co. KGfrom the obligation to submit a mandatory offer in accordance with §35 WpÿG ( German Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act) throughBaFin.
