DG Reaches Multi-Year Deal With The Weinstein Company to Exclusively Manage Broadcast and Online Advertising

Film Studio to Benefit From Cross-Platform Opportunities


(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 11/09/11 -- (NASDAQ: DGIT), the world's leading ad management and distribution platform, announced today that it has signed a multi-year agreement with vanguard film studio The Weinstein Company to exclusively distribute all broadcast advertising content as well as consolidate all online media with the goal of identifying opportunities to serve content across platforms.

Under terms of the agreement, DG's Television Division will manage and distribute all of the broadcast commercial content for Weinstein features including upcoming releases "" and "." At the same time, DG's MediaMind Division will work to consolidate the studio's library of digital content for use across online channels (e.g., video, display, mobile), for which MediaMind will be the exclusive ad server. DG's GreenLight network clearance solution will also be integrated into The Weinstein Company's clearance process with the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA).
