The filing establishes ProTek as a 'current information' filer. The Company had temporarily been categorized as a 'limited information' filer.
ProTek is pursuing plans to acquire three specific target companies in Central and South America. The potential acquisitions are anticipated to contribute approximately $10 million in annual revenue.
