Horgen, November 10, 2011 - The relocation of further business activities to
Asia due to the exchange rate situation will result in a headcount reduction of
approx. 35 at Ismeca Semiconductor in Switzerland with effect from the end of
2011.

Ismeca's business strategy will remain unchanged. The company will continue to
focus on manufacturing technologically advanced products. Its headquarters in La
Chaux-de-Fonds will concentrate on development, innovation and prototype
construction.
