Canyon Gold Corp. Files Form S-1 Registration Statement Under the Securities Act of 1933

(PINK SHEETS: CGCC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed a Form S-1 registration statement with the SEC, for the registration of 3,380,000 common shares to be offered by selling stockholders.

Our common stock is presently quoted on the OTC Pink Market. Once the SEC declares the registration statement effective, we intend to finalize our application to have our shares quoted on the OTC-QB.

The Company's Business:

The Company owns and controls certain Mineral Lease Claims in the extended Long Canyon Gold Trend area of the State of Nevada. The Company has engaged professional services and commissioned an initial report, which will define the future exploration and development program for the claims.
