Heineken appoints new Group Commerce Director
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Amsterdam, 20 November 2009 - Heineken N.V. today announced theappointment of Alexis Nasard as Group Commerce Director, effective 1February 2010. Mr. Nasard will join Heineken's Executive Committeereporting to Jean-François van Boxmeer, Heineken N.V. Chief ExecutiveOfficer.In his new role, Mr. Nasard will have global functionalresponsibility for the company's marketing, sales, innovation andwholesale strategies. In addition, he will be responsible forportfolio management, as well as the continued growth and strength ofthe Heineken brand around the world. Mr. Nasard will be based atHeineken's Amsterdam Headquarters.Originally from Lebanon, Mr. Nasard joins from Procter and Gamblewhere, since 2006, he has been General Manager of the $1.2 billionPersonal Care business for Central, Eastern-Europe, the Middle-Eastand Africa, based in Switzerland.
