(TSX VENTURE: OOO)(OTCQX: OGLDF)(PINK SHEETS: OGLDF) (the "Company") advises that up to 800,000 stock options having an exercise price of $0.30 per common share have been granted to various directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options have been granted in accordance with the terms of the Company's 10% rolling Stock Option Plan approved on December 10, 2010 and the Policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
