(PresseBox) - The iF design awards 2012 offered a trend show of superlatives: 44 international experts discussed 4,322 entries by 1,605 participants from 48 countries. And right in the middle were Weidmüller's marshalling and distribution terminals PRV and PPV that have convinced experts and renowned designers from all over the world with their special designs.
The PRV and PPV product designs combine technical specifications in a unique way with higher connection density and more effective and efficient handling. The Christmas-tree shape of the terminal blocks gives you the decisive product advantage: an extraordinary high number of connections in a very small space. Clear matrix markings as well as coloured operating elements ensure that there is excellent orientation and hence safety. This exceptional design has now been awarded the renowned iF product design award 2012.
