TGS - New Share Capital Registered and Treasury Shares Transferred

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Following the stock option exercises as notified Oslo Stock Exchangeon November 12th, 2009, 228,000 new shares have now been registeredin the Company Register in Brønnøysund for exercises from the 2005stock option plan. 46,750 treasury shares are transferred to coverthe exercises from the 2008 plan. The Share Capital of TGS-NOPEC isthereafter NOK 26,015,568.75 consisting of 104,062,275 shares at anominal value of NOK 0.25 per share. The Certificate of Registrationhas been sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange.Following this transaction, TGS holds 947,750 of the issued shares astreasury shares.This announcement was originally distributed by Hugin.
