Canada Fluorspar Appoints New Directors
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/15/11 -- Canada Fluorspar Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CFI) (the "Company" or "CFI") today announced the appointments of Patricia McCarthy and Bernard Roche to its Board of Directors effective immediately. Ms. McCarthy and Mr. Roche are filling vacancies created by the recent resignations of Lisa Brody and Richard Rowe.
Mr. Roche is a 38 year veteran of Arkema and is currently the CEO of Arkema Inc. As part of his role as CEO, Mr. Roche oversees all Health, Safety and Environment functions within Arkema Inc. and as such has been instrumental in developing various safety and environmental programs and procedures within Arkema Inc.
Ms. McCarthy has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Arkema Inc. since 2005. She is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales in France and holds diplomas of Higher Accounting and Financial Studies.
