On the road, when visiting a customer, or at work: The Reporta app makes time tracking a breeze. Times can either be entered manually or stopped directly via a timer.
Users set up the clients, projects, and activities, and once the hours have been recorded, they can be allocated to those categories right away. Every time record can also be described, and the most recently used descriptions are saved as options to choose from, simplifying the process. Users can also determine whether or not to pass along the charges for the tracked time to the customer.
A calendar of hours displays the entries as a list, by day, or as a monthly calendar. Time records are shown in different colors, so users can see at a glance which hours are to be billed to customers and which are not. Using a filter, all time records can be sorted and analyzed specifically by date, project, activity, or customer.
Via the system’s data export function, all records can be sent to any e-mail address as an Excel spreadsheet. When you work with Reporta, your entries are also synchronized with the Software as a Service (SaaS) application.

How many executives know how much income the company has made this month? How many know what, exactly, a company’s expenses have been – right up to today? With the Reporta Reports app, executives have all of their figures right at their fingertips.
Income and expenditures are shown on a monthly or annual basis, and users can also see the overall profit or loss and the cumulative value over the year. Using the filter function, results can be broken down into individual categories.
Users can configure their own individualized analyses: Which items of income and expenditures do you want to see right away? Filters can be turned on and off literally in the blink of an eye, simply by shaking the iPhone.
The Reporta Reports app provides an immediate overview of how the company is doing. The user can also set individualized alarm thresholds that change the color from red to green or vice versa, depending on the profit and loss situation.
Results can also be displayed as graphics, just as users expect. Tapping on the Trend icon shows a chart of three months or three selected years in vertical view. If the iPhone is held horizontally, the chart shows the results for 12 months. But what if the user wants to learn more about a specific month? Just tap on any bar in the graph and the breakdown by individual categories is displayed either as a pie chart or a bar graph, depending on how the iPhone is held.
