Prakash Iyer brings to Aylus Networks almost 20 years of experience in mobile, digital media, Internet and telecom technologies, as well as the management of local and remote engineering teams.

Prior to joining Aylus Networks, Iyer founded and served as CTO of envIO networks, inc., a social marketing platform for mobile content. Before founding envIO networks Prakash led the engineering effort for Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) at Winphoria, which was acquired by Motorola. Prior to Winphoria, he served as a department head and a distinguished member of the technical staff at Lucent Technologies' Bell Labs and led the development of the world's first voice soft-switch.

He earned his Master of Science, Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Delaware, and his Bachelor of Technology, Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India.
