ista's Multifamily Services Group (MSG) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for Retail Energy Become Two Separate Divisions With Dedicated Leadership Teams
(firmenpresse) - ALPHARETTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/17/11 -- ista North America, a leading energy and water metering, billing and management company in the US, announced a significant organizational shift aimed at strengthening operational focus and overall performance within its two core business units, Multifamily Services Group (MSG) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). This realignment of business segments includes separate dedicated executive teams to ensure strategic focus while enhancing the ista brand.
According to ista North America CEO, Ruediger Neubauer, "Comprehensive analysis shows that our two business units have very distinct customer markets with very different dynamics. By dedicating specific leadership teams, we can better address strategy, positioning and execution to the advantage of our customers. Effectively servicing the needs of our customers is our top priority."
Within the new dual structure, ista's MSG division will be led by newly appointed CEO over MSG, John Lis. In addition, MSG is investing in a dedicated IT team to focus on enhancing MSG-specific offerings like Utility Expense Management (UEM) and online reporting. The group's Sales and Client Services teams are also being repositioned to most effectively address customer requirements. Service production oriented functions will be moved to knowledge centers which will bundle expertise and ensure consistency and reliability of ista's service delivery.
