Riverstone Grants Incentive Stock Options

(TSX VENTURE: RVS)(OTCQX: RVREF)(PINK SHEETS: RVREF)(FRANKFURT: 3RV) has, subject to regulatory approval, granted incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 2,205,000 common shares at a price of $0.64 per share for a five year period in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan.
