Brionor Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/18/11 -- Brionor Resources Inc. ("Brionor" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE: BNR) announces the following changes to its Board of Directors. Effective immediately, Mr. Thomas Pladsen has resigned as a Director of the Company. Replacing, Mr. Pladsen on the Board, is Mr. Robert Leckie. Mr. Leckie is a co-founder of Bellotti Goodman Inc., a Canadian-based resource investment group that finances and invests in a portfolio of companies.
We would like to thank Mr. Pladsen for his valued contribution while a member of the Board of the Company.
In conjunction with his nomination to the Board, and in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Policy, Mr. Leckie will be issued 200,000 stock options.
Brionor is a junior mining exploration company with a portfolio of exploration projects including the 100% owned Pitt Golf Project in Quebec.
