Berlin, 21.11.2011: The Annual General Meeting held in Berlin on 16.11.2011
did not support the resolutions proposed in the agenda by the company's
management.
Presence was 6.41 per cent of the total shareholders' equity represented by
approximately 40 shareholders. The resolution to liquidate the company did
not achieve the necessary majority.
The Managing Board continues talking to potential investors and
simultaneously reduces the current cost. From today's view current
liquidity will suffice for a few months.
