Any references to Martin E. Janis & Company, Inc., Martin E. Janis or Beverly Jedynak as investor relations or public relations contacts for Hollund in any materials, press releases, documents or other forms, either spoken or found in electronic means such as archived information on the Internet since January 10, 2010, when the agency's contract ended and the relationship was terminated, is false and misleading. Martin E. Janis & Company, Inc., Martin E. Janis and Beverly Jedynak disavow any such relationship with Hollund after January 10, 2010.
