SOLIDIUM HAS ENTERED INTO A ?300 MILLION REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY
(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Solidium Oy has on 30 November 2009 entered into a ?300 millionunsecured revolving credit facility agreement. The facility is acommitted credit line for general corporate purposes and is a back-upfacility for the commercial paper programme. The facility is a 1-yeararrangement with a 1-year extension option subject to agreementsbetween the parties. The size of Solidium's commercial paperprogramme has at the same time been increased from ?100 million to?300 million.
