(firmenpresse) - FREEHOLD, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 11/22/11 -- AB Value Partners, L.P. and AB Opportunity Fund, LLC, private funds whose assets are managed by AB Value Management LLC, announced today that they are commencing a tender offer for up to 764 shares of DVL, Inc. ("DVL"), which shares are traded on the over-the-counter market on the Pink Sheets, at an offer price of $800.00 per share. over the last traded price. The stock last traded at $700.00 on November 14, 2011, and it has not traded from the close of that date through November 21, 2011. The tender is scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on December 20, 2011. On November 22, 2011, AB Value Management LLC mailed a letter requesting, pursuant to Rule 14d-5(a) of the rules and regulations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the use of the DVL's stockholder list and security position listings for the purpose of disseminating the forthcoming offer to purchase and related materials to the holders of DVL's common stock.
