Maintal, Germany, 24 November 2011 - The former owners of ABA Group Sweden
have shifted their 8.3% voting rights in Norma Group AG within their group.
NORMA Group was formed in 2006 by a merger between the German based
Rasmussen Group and the Swedish ABA Group. Founded in 1896, ABA has a very
successful history as one of the leading companies in engineered
joining technology which provided the basis for becoming the European
market leader in Distribution Services.
