Vantex Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/28/11 -- The Board of directors of Vantex Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: VAX)(FRANKFURT: UD7A) approved today the grant of 450,000 stock options to one officer and five directors of the Company. The options are priced at $0.12 and are valid for a period of 5 years.
This grant is subject to the approval of Vantex increased stock option plan, by arm's length shareholders at the next Annual meeting of shareholders. None of these options will be exercisable until such approval is obtained.
