Vacon Plc's Financial Calendar for 2012

Vacon Plc, Stock Exchange Release, 29 November 2011 at 3.00 pm

Vacon Plc will publish its Financial Report for 2011 on Thursday, February
2, 2012 at 9.30 am. The electronic version of the Annual Report 2011 will be
published during week 10, and the printed Annual Report will be posted on
request, starting on week 13.

Vacon Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at
3.00 pm in Vaasa, Finland. A stock exchange release on the resolutions made in
the meeting will be published after the Annual General Meeting.

The Interim Reports will be released in 2012 as follows:

* January-March: Wednesday, April 25 at 9.30 am
* January-June: Wednesday, August 1 at 9.30 am
* January-September: Wednesday, October 24 at 9.30 am
