Underseas to Cooperate with Cayman Yachts for Satellite Radio
Toronto, Canada - November 30, 2011
Underseas Research&Recovery Ltd. ('Underseas' or the 'Company'), the
Toronto based holding company of a European internet and satellite radio is
pleased to announce the signing of a cooperation agreement with Cayman
Yachts, a leading Italian manufacturer of high class yachts, located in La
Spezia, Italy. Both parties will join efforts to provide specially designed
and manufactured satellite radio receivers as standard equipment on all the
yachts of Cayman for the shoreless reception of the new satellite radio
starting in 2012. By this step it will become possible for Cayman Yachts to
receive the Underseas radio programs, which offer over 100 music,
entertainment and news channels in CD-quality not only through internet,
but soon also on the move through satellites while cruising the
Mediterranean Sea.
Sibilla Castoldi, CEO of Cayman Yachts stated 'From now on, all our
customers will be able to access the multi lingual programming of
Underseas' internet and satellite radio. We are very proud to be the first
yacht builder who signed such agreement'. Giorgio Cappagli, founder and

great strategic cooperation with famous Cayman Yachts. This partnership
represents the first step on our way to enter the huge market for the
