EnHold NV's ultimate shareholder is WaterlandPrivate Equity Fund IV CV. As fund manager of Waterland PrivateEquity Fund IV CV and ultimate manager of the Waterland entities,Waterland Private Equity Investments BV exercises the voting rightsin EnHold NV (at its sole discretion).
