RIE - SALE OF OWN SHARES TO EMPLOYEES/REPORTABLE TRANSACTIONS

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - In November 2009 Rieber & Søn ASA gave the Group's employees theoffer of purchasing shares in Rieber & Søn ASA. A new feature of thisyear's programme was that all the Group's employees received theoffer of purchasing shares in Rieber & Søn ASA.Employees had the option of purchasing shares in five differentamount categories, with the market value varying from NOK 1 500 toNOK 30 000. Employees were entitled to a rebate of 20%.The result of the share programme shows that 357 of the employeesavailed themselves of the offer and bought shares at a price of NOK42,48 (volume-weighted price on the Oslo Stock Exchange during theoffer period).In connection with the Group's programme to sell shares to employees,Rieber & Søn ASA has today sold a total of 116 141 of its own sharesat the stated price.
