provides newspaper customers the ability to report customer-service issues and delivery problems, manage new subscription starts, place vacation holds, change addresses and select one-time or auto-pay options.

The app also allows newspapers to send notifications directly to subscribers, including sending payment reminders, restart and redelivery confirmations and credit card expiration notifications.
