VoicePort Extends Newspaper Customer-Service Offerings to Mobile App

(firmenpresse) - ROCHESTER, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/30/11 -- today introduced a mobile app that will allow newspaper subscribers to manage their accounts through their mobile devices.

provides newspaper customers the ability to report customer-service issues and delivery problems, manage new subscription starts, place vacation holds, change addresses and select one-time or auto-pay options.

The app also allows newspapers to send notifications directly to subscribers, including sending payment reminders, restart and redelivery confirmations and credit card expiration notifications.
