Active Control Technology Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/02/11 -- Active Control Technology Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ACT) announced today that an aggregate of 1,215,000 options to purchase common shares of the Corporation at $0.10 per share for five (5) years were granted to two (2) executive officers, six (6) directors and fourteen (14) employees of the Corporation. The options are subject to vesting over a twelve month period.
The grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
