Underseas Prepares Filing of Criminal Complaint for Fraudulent Faxes
Toronto, Canada - December 05, 2011
Underseas Research&Recovery Ltd. ('Underseas' or the 'Company'), the
Toronto based holding company of a European internet and satellite radio
informs that the legal counsel of the company on behalf of the Company is
preparing the filing of a criminal complaint with the District Attorney's
Office of Frankfurt against person or persons unknown including but not
limited to sending out false and misleading statements via fax about the
company and further offences. In addition company's legal counsel has
contacted the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) to cooperate
closely in this matter. Underseas hopes that this fraudulent action by fax
against the company, which has caused high volatility in the company's
stock traded on the Frankfurt and Berlin Exchanges, can be cleared up soon.
Underseas expects that the successful business, the progresses and the
great perspectives of the internet and satellite radio for Europe will
become again the focus of attention and that the current turbulences soon
will fade into background.
