Harmony Cancels Financing

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/05/11 -- Harmony Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: H) (the "Company" or "Harmony") announces it has determined not to proceed with the non-brokered private placement of 10,000,000 units at $0.10 cents per unit announced on November 18, 2011.

The Company has sufficient funds on hand to proceed with its acquisition and exploration plans at this time.
