(firmenpresse) - On this year's conference „Zukunft Personal“ in Cologne, Europe's largest trade fair for human resources, Pumacy Technologies AG presents solutions and methods for preserving employee experiences and expertise to support human resource management focussing the impact of demographic change in hall 5.1, stand K 40.
Besides a shortage of young people in many parts of economy, the retirement of older workers and the growing threat of losing knowledge and innovative potential are important issues for today's businesses. Furthermore, according to the „Institut für Mittelstandsforschung Bonn“ (IFM) in Germany 71,000 business transfers take place each year. These are the dramatic results revealed by the survey „Pro 50 – Arbeit mit Zukunft“ of the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). However, only these companies that familiarize themselves with long-term strategies on sustainable knowledge assurance can ensure innovation and competitiveness and, finally, future business success.
