Monegy Strengthens Team with Addition of Two New Hires
Rory Buchalter Appointed Director and Senior Credit Analyst; Bobby Missar Joins Firm as Analyst

(Monegy®), a boutique high yield fixed income investment manager and member of BMO Global Asset Management, today announced the hiring of two individuals as it continues to strengthen its team of financial professionals.
Rory Buchalter has been appointed Director and Senior Credit Analyst; and Bobby Missar has joined Monegy as an Analyst. Both will be based in Toronto.

Mr. Buchalter has 19 years of experience in corporate and financial markets, including a strong credit background across the risk and industry spectrum. He brings considerable high yield experience in both North American and European markets. Most recently, he led the global credit efforts of a specialist investment management firm, focusing on issuer credit risk analysis as well as the analysis and valuation of distressed structured finance transactions. Previously, Mr. Buchalter held a senior role at a large rating agency for six years, which included coverage of the Telecommunications sector. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and received his CFA Charter in 1999.
Mr. Missar comes to Monegy from Bank of Montreal's Private Client Group. He will play an important role in supporting the firm's investment team and in servicing its global client base.
