First Pacific Completes Perforation of Dildy Weigel Willis No. 1 Oil

Peoria, Arizona - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - December 7, 2011
First Pacific Oil and Gas Ltd. (C2G.F) is pleased to announce that the
Dildy Weigel Willis No. 1 Well has been successfully perforated by its
joint venture partner, Avro Energy Inc., of Vivian, Louisiana. Avro Energy
perforated two new prospective zones in this well. The results of the
perforation are currently being tested, and First Pacific expects to be in
a position to release the results of this test within 30 days. The
perforations were completed on the first of the three producing wells it
has acquired as part of a larger purchase of 12 Oil and Gas Wells in South
Arkansas.
As previously disclosed by the Company, on May 13, 2011, First Pacific
signed an acquisition agreement with Avro Energy Inc., a Louisiana-based
public company, (ticker symbol: AVOE.OB) whereby First Pacific was granted
the right to earn a 50% working interest subject to royalties and operating
costs in 12 of Avro Energy's hydrocarbon wells in South Arkansas. In
accordance with the terms of this Agreement, First Pacific has paid Avro
Energy a total of $250,000 for the first 3 Wells. First Pacific is to make
a final payment of $800,000 on before 6 months from the date of the
Agreement in order to earn its interest in the remaining 9 wells.

The ArkLaTex is a U.S. socio-economic region where Arkansas, Louisiana and
Texas intersect. The region is centered on the Shreveport/Bossier
metropolitan area in Northwest Louisiana. The region's history is heavily
linked with the oil industry. The geology associated with the deposition of
sediments from the Mississippi River, in particular, makes this area an
abundant source for the oil and gas industries, which leads to the high
levels of oil production within the region.
