instrument panels, power packs, or rear suspensions. Parts arrive at the OEM's
final assembly plant in precisely the order of their final installation in the
vehicle, and at precisely the time they are to be installed.
The company's two operating facilities in Oakville, Ontario employ approximately
500 people and supply Ford's nearby assembly plant.
All of Automodular's business is contract business, which are typically for
periods from 3 to 5 years.

* beneficiary of the increasing trend for OEMs to outsource sub-assemblies
eResearch cautions that 100% of the company's revenues now come from Ford.
Although the company lost its General Motors contract in 2010, this had a
positive impact insofar as it released the working capital tied up in this
business.
In 2010, Automodular generated $25 million cash from its operations, primarily
due to increased sales.
The company also announced that it will resume the payment of regular quarterly
dividends of $0.05 per share. In September, the company paid out an additional
$0.15 dividend, and this month is also paying a special dividend of $0.05, both
of these are on top of the regular $0.05 quarterly dividends.
The shares trade at $1.80 and with approximately 20 million shares outstanding,
the company is capitalized at $36 million, and is sitting on $12 million in
cash.
