David Beutel, Chairman of Arius3D, announced today the appointment of David Campbell to the Board of Arius3D. The appointment is effective immediately Mr. Campbell has a degree in Honours Business Administration at Richard Ivey School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Campbell has been the Chief Financial Officer of The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. since October 1, 2010. Prior to that, David was the Managing Partner of Belweather Capital Partners Inc., a merchant banking and investment firm focused on earlier stage technology companies, since November, 2007. Prior to Belweather, Mr. Campbell was the Chief Financial Officer of Hosted Data Transaction Solutions Inc. (formerly, Dexit Inc.), which develops and deploys touch screen point of sale system software and associated enterprise management tools, from October, 2001 to February, 2008. Mr. Campbell was also Chief Financial Officer of GuestLogix Inc., a provider of on-board retail technology and solutions to the passenger travel industry, from April 2007 to October 2007. He brings over 16 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, financial management, and capital markets to Arius3D.
