("Company") (TSX VENTURE: NCR) announces the resignation of Clinton Barr, Director, from its board of directors for time constraints reasons. We would like to thank Mr. Barr for his valuable insight and contribution to the Company.

The board of directors consisting of Jean-Francois Perrault, Michael Neary and Gordon Henriksen will continue to oversee the governance of the Company. Discussions with prospective board members have already been initiated.
