Christoph Rosa will not extend his Management Board contract beyond the
expiration date in 2013
Hamburg, 14 December 2011. Christoph Rosa, Chief Product Development and
Procurement Officer of TOM TAILOR Holding AG, has informed the Supervisory
Board that he will not extend his existing Management Board contract beyond
the expiration date of 31 January 2013. He has decided to pursue a
different career option.
There has been no decision about a termination of his existing contract,
and Christoph Rosa will continue to fulfill his management duties in the
normal course of business. The Supervisory Board will initiate a selection
process to appoint a successor.
