Belkin Enterprises Ltd.: Acquisition of Shares of Chorus Aviation Inc.
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/14/11 -- Belkin Enterprises Ltd. ("Belkin") announces that it has acquired, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Belkorp Industries Inc. ("Belkorp"), 2,000 Class B Voting Shares (the "Class B Shares") of Chorus Aviation Inc. ("Chorus"), or 0.0018% of total Class B Shares outstanding. The Class B Shares were acquired through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price of $2.73 per Class B Share.
As a result of the transaction, Belkin now indirectly (through Belkorp and a second wholly-owned subsidiary, BII Acquisition Inc.) owns 10,899,500 Class B Shares, which represents 10.00% of the total number of Class B Shares and 8.79% of the votes currently attached to all issued shares of Chorus.
Belkin acquired its Class B Shares for investment purposes. Depending on market conditions, Belkin may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of Chorus, dispose of securities of Chorus or continue to hold its current position.
Neither Belkin nor any of its affiliates is currently a party to any agreement in respect of the acquisition, holding, disposition or voting of any securities of Chorus.
