Omnicare Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

COVINGTON, Ky., December 14, 2011 ? Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), announced today
that its board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per
share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on December 30, 2011 to
stockholders of record on December 27, 2011.
