Addition of Executives From British Telecom and McAfee to Lead Sales and Marketing

(firmenpresse) - MILPITAS, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/15/11 -- the leading provider of communications analysis and lawful interception solutions, today announced the appointment of Kevin Senator as Executive VP of Sales and Faizel Lakhani as Chief Marketing Officer.

Kevin joins SS8 from British Telecom where he was responsible for international security sales. Kevin joined BT as part of its 2006 acquisition of Counterpane Internet Security where he was VP, Worldwide Sales and Support. Prior to Counterpane, Kevin served in a variety of sales management positions at Cisco, Bluecurve (acquired by Red Hat) and Starbase (acquired by Borland).

Faizel joins SS8 from McAfee where he ran the Worldwide Data Loss Prevention business. Faizel joined McAfee through the acquisition of Reconnex in August 2008 where he was VP of Products and Marketing. Previously Faizel was VP of Products and Marketing at ConSentry, Caspian Networks and Nortel. Faizel will lead all marketing and product management at SS8.
