Teija Sarajärvi as OP-Pohjola Group's new SVP, HR Services

Teija Sarajärvi, 42, M.A., has been appointed member of the Executive Board of
OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative and OP-Pohjola Group's new Senior Vice
President, HR Services. In charge of OP-Pohjola Group's HR control, she will
take up her duties on 1 March 2012. Ms Sarajärvi will be reporting to Reijo
Karhinen, Executive Chairman and CEO.
Teija Sarajärvi will come to OP-Pohjola Group from Metso where she acted as SVP,
Human Resources, Energy and Environmental Technology from 2009 and since 2011
also as SVP, Human Resources, Paper and Fiber Technology. Previously, she had
diverse HR responsibilities at Nokia Corporation and ABB, for example.
