Minister Raitt Congratulates Seaspan International and the Canadian Merchant Service Guild on Ratification of New Agreement
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/15/11 -- Today, the Honourable Lisa Raitt, Canada's Labour Minister, congratulated Seaspan International and the Canadian Merchant Service Guild on successfully ratifying a new collective agreement. Negotiated agreements are in the best interest of the organization, its employees, businesses and the Canadian economy.

Seaspan International is a marine transportation company that operates along the North American West Coast and provides ship docking and tug and towing services to Port Metro Vancouver. The Canadian Merchant Service Guild represents a unit of approximately 230 sailing masters, mates and engineers.
