(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/16/11 -- Medusa Mining Limited (ASX: MML)(LSE: MML) ("Medusa Mining" or "the Company") announces that, pursuant to the exercise of unlisted options by an option holder, it has today issued 66,000 ordinary shares of nil par value. The options were exercised at a price of A$1.25 per share.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares and, following admission, the Company's increased share capital will comprise 188,903,911 ordinary shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 188,903,911.
