Directorate Change
Tony Hambro, who is an Associate Director of Caledonia Investments plc and has
served as a non-executive director of Novae Group plc since January 2004, will
step down from the Boards of Novae Group plc and its subsidiary, Novae
Syndicates Limited, with effect from 31 December 2011. The Board is pleased to
acknowledge with thanks Tony's valuable contribution and consistent support over
this period.
John Hastings-Bass, Novae's Chairman said: "We are grateful for the contribution
that Tony Hambro has made, serving on Novae Boards for eight years. Both the
Group and Managing Agency Boards have benefitted greatly from his experience in
the sector."
