(TSX VENTURE: VAX)(FRANKFURT: UD7A)(ALPHA: VAX) is pleased to announce that it has retained Avenue Capital Markets Inc. as strategic and financial advisors to the Company. In exchange for their services, Vantex will pay a monthly fee of $10,000 starting January 1st, for a period of 6 months.
