ETUOVI.COM LAUNCHES FREE LISTING-SERVICE FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
Etuovi.com, online real estate portal, part of Alma Media Corporation, launches
free Listing service for real estate agents and life span pricing for private
consumers to complement current advertising options. New services are a response
to acute demand from the real estate market: during the past couple of weeks,
Etuovi.com has received a lot of concerned feedback from consumers, as all
apartments cannot be found from the familiar and functional online service. New
situation in the real estate market has caused confusion as well as frustration
in people searching and selling apartments.
The goal of Etuovi.com is the same as it has been for the last 15 years - to
pair off homebuyers and -sellers. Long development work has given birth to the
best online service and most functioning tools for real estate market.* In the
new Listing-service every real estate agent can list on-sale apartments to
Etuovi.com for free. With the new service Etuovi.com wants to ensure that the
housing market continues to function fluently also in this new market situation.

Life span pricing for private consumers
Etuovi.com opened its online service to private consumers who wish to sell their
apartments themselves at the end of 2011. Now Etuovi.com offers a life span
pricing model to these customers. This kind of pricing model for private
consumers is the first of its kind in Finland. For a set price consumers can
market his or her apartment in Etuovi.com as long as it is sold. If the consumer
does not manage to sell the apartment through Etuovi.com, the price of the
advertisement is refunded by Etuovi.com, in case the consumer has made a
commission agreement with a real estate agent who buys apartment advertising
from Etuovi.com.
