RX Austria & Germany Signs Multi-Year Contract with ADITUS(firmenpresse) - The quality standards of ADITUS products have convinced another customer: Effective immediately, RX Austria & Germany will use ADITUS as its ticketing partner. ADITUS offers a multi-level concept that provides registration and operational control, as well as new digital marketing options.
RX first became aware of ADITUS in 2019. RX subsidiary Mack Brooks has been relying on ADITUS since 2018, both for fast on-site admission including live badge printing, and for exhibitor services. The innovative strength and convenience of ADITUS’ products convinced RX to sign a multi-year contract.
ADITUS products offer sophisticated digital marketing capabilities for both organizers and exhibitors. The "Exhibitor Service Center" (ESC) enables exhibitors to directly invite their customers and insert targeted advertisements for their trade show appearance into the ticket store. Through personalized social sharing, visitors can notify their contacts that they are visiting the trade show and invite them to join them. For organizers, these marketing measures are highly effective self-starters.
Real-time reporting provides organizers with an always up-to-date overview of all aspects of their event. The ADITUS systems continuously collect reports from all modules to generate up-to-date tables and charts. Dashboards show constantly updated statistics of registrations and admissions; push reports provide all relevant KPIs.
In addition, ADITUS has recently integrated digital health certificates into the admission process. Using the "G³ Fast Lane", participants can upload digital vaccination and recovery certificates during registration. Certificates are immediately verified online to clear participants for direct on-site admission. On-site, visitors can themselves scan their EU certificates in the admission area. Either scenario precludes manual verification by service personnel. In cases where manual verification is still necessary, portable wireless handheld scanners will speed up the manual recording of analog certificates and test results.
Lukas Camphausen, Head of Digital Operations at RX Austria & Germany, is confident about expanding their cooperation with ADITUS: "In ADITUS, we have found a reliable partner for ticketing and admission solutions. Above all, we were impressed by their focus on the user experience." RX also uses the ADITUS Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) to handle visitor invitation management, voucher monitoring and digital exhibitor badge management.
The cooperation with RX is part of the continuous expansion of ADITUS GmbH's international activities. Currently, organizers from Germany, France, Great Britain, Italy and Switzerland rely on powerful, flexible and contemporary ADITUS solutions for their events.
